Mariam Sdn Bhd engages in ship ownership and provision of ship chartering services. New Strong Group Limited: New Strong Group Limited engages in investment holding and provision of offshore rig services. Casadilla Group Pte Ltd.: Casadilla Group Pte Ltd. Rig owns and provides offshore rig services. Eminent Offshore Logistics Pte Ltd.: Eminent Offshore Logistics Pte Ltd. provides investment holding services. United Oilfield Services Pte Ltd.: United Oilfield Services Pte Ltd. provides offshore rig services. History Ezra Holdings Limited was founded in 1992.

A : Lee Kian Soo serves as Executive Chairman of Ezra Holdings Limited. Mr. Lee has over 30 years of experience in the shipping and offshore support services industry and has been responsible for the strategic planning, Business development and Marketing of Ezra Holdings since its inception in 1992. Mr. Lee began his career in 1965 as an apprentice until 1969 when he became a Dock Officer. Thereafter, Mr. Lee joined Jurong Shipyard as a Dock Officer. In 1970, he joined Sembawang Shipyard as its deputy dock master and was subsequently promoted to a Dock Master. In 1976, Mr. Lee joined Offshore Supply Association ("OSA''), a corporation based in London, as its Area Manager. As the Area Manager of OSA, Mr. Lee was responsible for the Marketing of OSA's offshore support vessels in South East Asia and the Far East. Mr. Lee left OSA in 1988. He joined Marine Marketing & Agencies Pte Ltd. in 1988 as a director where he was responsible for its ship Brokering, Marketing and Husbandry Agency work. In 1992, Mr. Lee founded Ezra Holdings Limited Group in 1999 to assume the position of an area manager with Seabulk Offshore International Inc., where he was put in charge of its Marketing and Operations Division in South East Asia. Mr. Lee rejoined Ezra Holdings Limited Group in 2000. Mr. Lee has been a Director of Ezra Holdings Limited since August 1, 2000. He holds a Second Mate Certificate of Competency.

Lee Chye Tek Lionel serves as Managing Director of Ezra Holdings Limited. Mr. Lee is responsible for the overall management and operations of Ezra Holdings Limited Group including the formulation and implementation of its business strategies and policies, marketing and charting the growth. Mr. Lee founded OPM Marine in January 1996 and was responsible for its sales and operations Mr. Lee has more than 10 years of experience in the shipping and offshore support services industry. Mr. Lee spearheaded Ezra Holdings Limited Group's growth in the last few years and contributed substantially to the development and expansion of Ezra Holdings Limited business. He serves as Vice Chairman of EOC Limited. Mr. Lee has been Director of Ezra Holdings Limited since March 23, 1999 and manages its business and oversees day-to-day operations. Mr. Lee holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Western Sydney International College.
