Apart from its main core business in property investment, development and management, Wing Tai’s other business interests include hospitality management, apparel retailing and food franchise operations.
Wing Tai Holdings, together with its regional network of public-listed companies – Wing Tai Properties Limited in Hong Kong and DNP Holdings Berhad in Malaysia – form WingTai Asia, a corporate entity and brand name synonymous with premier developments, quality products and attention-to-detail services. Together, the WingTai Asia group has developed an increasing presence in a wide range of business activities across the region.
The Tembusu tree serves as a powerful corporate symbol for all three companies under the WingTai Asia brand entity. Sturdy and dignified, the Tembusu tree thrives on Asian soil and its wood is well known for its durability and adaptability. A long lasting tree, it is capable of weathering storms and seasons, growing steadily with strong roots and sturdy extending branches.

SELL ! !
Recent high always lower than the previous high (resistance)čWILL DROP SOON....
Please refer to the chart attach here:
From year 2009 to year 2010, recent highest (resistance) is at about $ 2.10, around January 2010. Later on, the highest never touch this point until now, August 2010. From the highest $2.10, Wing Tai only touch the next highest in April 2010 at about $ 1.90 and another one is at about $ 1.85 recently (August 2010).
From technical analysis, it shows that this stock is going downtrend and will be in downtrend in near term. Why? You may notice the recent highest (resistance) becomes lower and lower each few months, and it never goes back to the previous highest $ 2.10. Now, at the price of $1.75 (11th August 2010), the near term support is at about $1.58 (about 38.2% retracement) and the following support will be $ 1.40 (about 50% retracement compared to the highest point).
From the chart, there is no strong signal of going up in near term, plus the market is lack of good news and market recovery seems to be at slower pace recently. If the whole world stock market is in downtrend, Wing Tai will not be able to escape as well. So, do consider to sell it before the panic button is on, by that time, it is too late for investors to sell at good price.

Worldwide stock market will be in cautious mode in this coming few months, as investors are waiting for financial reports and to see what is the next trend for stock market before buy or sell. We always advice client, do not be the LAST ONE TO SELL, it will burn your pocket a lot. Normally the institutional funds always say market is good and everything seems to be so promising and stable, bear in mind, they do not bear any responsibilities for whatever they have said or reported. And if you do not trade stock, stock agent also find hard to earn extra money from your trading account. So normally, they will ask you to hold or to buy. They will advise clients to wait and keep on telling them good news which is not confirmed yet. Good news normally make investors happy and excited until they totally forget about current stock market trend. DO NOT BLINDLY TRUST YOUR STOCK BROKER. THEIR INCOME MAINLY COMES FROM INVESTORS.
Good luck to all.
